The vision
Most small businesses can’t afford legal counsel - but that
doesn’t mean they don’t need one. With their AI assistant,
Inhouse is looking to transform legal support into a seamless,
self-serve experience for small businesses.
The challenge
The Inhouse team had the tech and a working demo. What they
needed next was user experience that felt effortless and reliable
right from the very first interaction.
The solution
With our experience designing AI-first user experiences, we set out to
shape Inhouse into an AI legal tool that would seamlessly fit into the
way their users already operated.
Designs that work across devices

We built both the web and mobile versions to ensure a cohesive,
scalable experience across devices. The result: a clear, structured
product flow that makes AI-driven legal tasks easy to navigate,
even for users with no legal background.
Streamlining onboarding
to demonstrate value
We refined the onboarding and engagement flows to help users
instantly understand the platform’s value. Every interaction was
designed to improve retention and drive conversion.
Optimising UX with

We continued to work on improvements, informed by
user-data, optimising for conversion and engagement.
