Reimagining digital documents for a billion Indians
We used a Design Sprint to reimagine Digilocker's product experience. Our goal was to improve user adoption by simplifying onboarding, making the product clearer and easier to understand, and improving the overall experience. It was a matter of great pride for us to work on a product that can affect every Indian's life.
Modernising digital experience for a brand with 40 year legacy.
We wanted Sangeetha Mobiles personality to be modern and slick but not something that dilutes the legacy and trust of business. We opted for a minimal visual language that helps products and images take the center stage and enhances the browsing experience
We helped Enchanting Travels (a Travelopia company) to design their products, which boosted sales per travel consultant by 70% over 2 years. We helped to design simplified tools for travel planning, booking, finance and product management. We also worked very closely with the product and technology teams to build these products incrementally in short development cycles.
We partnered with Possible to help them find a path forward amidst COVID and build a digital-first business model. Our goal was to completely reimagine their app, based on in-depth research, user testing and multiple rounds of design iteration.
Improving an enterprise SaaS through Design Sprints
We helped Urban Piper rethink the dashboard for their restaurants, from the bottom up, and make it DIY. We ran a Design Sprint to create a new product experience and test it with real customers in less than 4 weeks. It was a big leap in the product experience, and the customers just loved it.
We collaborated with the founding team of TripAbrood to design a product that would disrupt the online family travel planning space. In a landscape flooded with me-too products, TripAbrood wanted to provide a bespoke experience for families planning their vacations through a conversational interface that truly understands them.
We worked with Equifax to improve their Credit Insights product, which decision-makers and data scientists across financial institutions in India use to make important business decisions. Our challenge was to make the product DIY and help users find insights on the product itself, rather than having to download and analyse Excel sheets.
We helped Harappa define, design and validate the first version of their product. Harappa aims to help professionals build the skills they need to excel at work. We worked with the founding team, which included Paramath Raj Sinha (Founding Dean, ISB) and Shreyasi Singh (CEO, Harappa), to go from a vision statement to validated product designs.
We partnered with Facebook to run innovation workshops for startups across 3 cities, helping them make their products more transparent and give users better control over their data. Participants from companies like Flipkart, PhonePe, ClearTax and Zerodha attended these workshops.
