The vision

For fast-moving SaaS teams, keeping Help Centers accurate is a constant pain and the team behind Pageloop knew this first-hand, having worked in support and engineering at some of the most customer-obsessed companies in the world. Pageloop was built to solve that. The product uses AI to detect where Help Center content is out of sync with the product, then helps teams update text, processes, and visuals automatically.

The challenge

AI could accelerate updates but trust and precision were critical. If automation introduced errors or inconsistencies, it would do more harm than good. Pageloop needed a product experience where users felt fully in control: able to see what was changing, review updates clearly, and ensure nothing shipped that wasn’t right.

The solution

We partnered with Pageloop early, helping shape how the first version of the product should work where AI should assist vs where humans should stay in control. Balancing automation with visibility and control was key to making the product usable in high-stakes support environments.

Turning product updates into ready-to-publish docs

We helped design a flow where teams can feed product changelogs, release notes, and internal updates directly into Pageloop. The system suggests draft Help Center content structured to match brand guidelines. Preview and edit modes ensure writers can adjust tone and structure before publishing so AI outputs feel aligned, not generic.

Balancing automation with human control

We helped structure the overall UX to make AI feel like an assistive layer, not an auto-publish risk. Teams can see exactly which docs are updated, what’s changed, and what’s ready to review. Approval flows are built in, so nothing goes live without human sign-off. This balance was key to building user trust in the platform.
