The vision
User testing is crucial to product teams across industries. But it’s
painfully time and resource-intensive. Started by Krishna N,
former Director of Product Management at Dropbox, Featurely
wants to make usability testing faster and efficient with the help
of AI–without compromising on the accuracy, helpfulness, and
diversity of feedback.
The challenge
With the concept and tech in place, the team was looking to
convert their audacious idea into a credible, conversion ready
Minimum Viable Product that their users would trust - and their
investors would back.
The solution
Our interdisciplinary team of researchers and designers had to bring
the concept to life in under a month. We set out to design a
sophisticated MVP that was intuitive, fast, familiar to product teams,
and easily scalable for enterprises.
Making testing Simple,
not Simplistic
We built a streamlined user testing workflow, allowing teams to
define their Ideal Customer Profile; set up, run, and analyze
usability tests seamlessly, all in a span of an hour.

Designing for Trust in AI
We focused on establishing trust in AI, and instilling confidence in
the insights by building detailed user profiles that were as close to
humans as possible, with both fixed and variable attributes. We
ensured transparency by explaining the tool’s process and logic.

Clear Insights,
Ready for Action
To make it most helpful to the user, we provided key
takeaways from the insights that are easy to
understand, paired with recommendations, making
them actionable. For those who wanted to know more,
we built an option to dig deeper into the specifics.
