Launch.Today
Launching Ideas into Reality
Launch.Today is building a radical new way to ship full-stack apps—live, fast, and with LLMs at the core. With just a few prompts, users can scaffold and deploy production-ready apps in minutes. It’s for indie hackers, builders, and early-stage teams who want to test ideas faster than they can forget them.

The vision
The team behind Launch believed in the possibility of turning ideas into running apps at the speed of thought. With AI as a pair programmer and Launch as the dev environment, they wanted to empower anyone who had ideas to be able to make it come to life on their own.
The challenge
Launch had an ambitious GTM plan: the tech was solid, and there was a clear value proposition, they wanted to take the product to users with nearly zero delay. They had to (quickly) build trust in a category-defining product which didn’t have user-facing interface.
That’s where Parallel came in.
Shaping an Evolving Product
This was not a typical project with weeks to build an MVP which may not encounter its users for a long time. We were not just designing components and screens, but building and shaping the product—side by side with the product team, sprinting, learning, and refining as we go.

Embedded, Iterative, and Always Shipping
We functioned as a strategic product partner—with a deep understanding of not just the technology, the product and the users, but also the business. Deeply embedded within the client’s core team: brainstorming, upskilling, iterating, and making decisions, fast. Prepared to ship every week: a new feature going live Tuesday and another by Friday! Every sprint ending in real impact.
Building an Agentic Flow from Scratch
Our team had to take the complexity and promise of the powerful LLM, and design a product that feels inviting, clear, and easy to use. With no playbook to fall back on, we relied on user insights and UX principles to build an agentic flow that delivered usability and user satisfaction.
From workflows to errors to backend visibility—we stripped the complexity out of agentic flows and made building feel simple.

Structure That Scales
While optimising for quick iterations and rapid shipping, we steadily laid the foundation for Launch’s future. We introduced UX logic, feedback loops, and design patterns that could scale with ambition—without slowing the team down.

More Than a UI:
A Go-To-Market Engine
Beyond the product, we helped shape Launch’s story. From marketing material to demo flows, and support with a Product Hunt launch, we made sure the platform could explain—and sell—itself.
