Pageloop was solving a hard problem of automating a menial task of updating knowledge-bases, a pain for every tech company. Building a product that was all aiming for complete automation and not assistance, needed well designed workflows that help with reviews, human-in-the-loop experience helping quality control. Creating AI-native with visibility and control was key to making the product usable in high-stakes support environments.
